The space is small, but the structure of service is impressively well-organized: three baristas work in clear roles—one focuses solely on filter coffee, another operates the espresso machine, and a third oversees service and flow. While there is no brew bar for customers to sit and observe the preparation up close, the attentiveness and openness of the staff help bridge that sensory gap. . My first order was an espresso made from El Salvador beans. The shot opened with a gentle caramel sweetness, transitioned into a soft, mild bitterness through the mid-palate, and closed with a long, lingering sweet finish. The body was silky and syrupy—pleasantly rounded and smooth. . For my second cup, I initially considered a Tanzania filter brew, but the barista advised against it due to its medium roast profile and instead recommended an Ethiopian bean. It turned out to be a great decision. The cup opened clean, with a silky body and purple-toned berry acidity. A hint of bitterness lingered on the finish without disrupting the cup’s balance. What a super coffee spot! I am first time visitor and the options of beans are just many. I chose the Brazil + Ethiopia, and it is delicious! The prices are quite okay like about 60 to 90 Baht for an Americano depending on what type of beans you take. It is a really relaxed joint, so ideal place to sit back and get some work done.
